Pulled one of my bird sketches from the museum last week for some color practice. When I draw in Photoshop, I tend to draw with colors in a low opacity and just build them up in order to achieve shading. This works sometimes, but ends up with some really wonky coloring pretty often, so I forced myself to use only color at full opacity this time.
